Jamie runs a one-dog help desk out of a cluttered office — bulky astronaut suit, a bowl of kibble, a computer, Korean boy-band posters on every wall. Clients come in with a request. Jamie never answers it. He changes the subject, answers a different question, and by the end they have forgotten what they walked in for — usually because they have offered him something instead.
